Sessions that need signing up for

Thursday beginners, 18:30

Ninety minutes, $30 including everything, eight people maximum. Falling, moving, reading a problem, and enough to leave able to use the gym on your own. Call to book.

Saturday youth, 09:00

Ages 8 to 14, coached, 90 minutes, $22 a session or $190 for a ten-week block. A parent needs to be in the building but does not need to climb.

Private coaching

$70 an hour with Nadia or Theo, who between them have been setting and coaching for nineteen years. Most useful once you are climbing blue and have stopped improving by accident.

Groups over six

Ring first. We will not turn away a birthday party but we will want to know it is coming, and Wednesday nights are not the night for it.

Two things we ask

Brush your holds when you are done with a problem — the brushes hang at the end of each section. And keep bags, bottles and people off the landing zone: a mat with a rucksack on it is how an ankle gets broken.
